Categories 1-11: Individual Achievement Awards
Entry Requirements:
• Completed Entry Form
• Must submit a written statement (200 words or less)
describing exemplary performance and achievement. Entries
will be judged on the candidate’s positive aspects and
measurable work performance.
• Please include a color photo of candidate on a CD.



Category 12: Community Branding – Logo and Graphics
Entry Requirements:

• Marketing statement
• Image Requirements: 4 to 6 images of the following: logo, advertisements, signage, displays, brochure, direct mail, and impact graphic, etc.

Category 29: Community of the Year Award
Entry Requirements:

• Site plan of the community
• HARD Copy of community brochure – including all inserts and floorplans
• Six (6) to Twelve (12) images of community - Exteriors of homes, landscape, interiors, signage, sales office etc.
• Link to community or builder website.

The entry fee for this category is $150
An on-site tour of the community finalists may be conducted by the judges.
