2010 Consumers Choice Award

This year we ask the consumer to visit our communities and vote for their favorites for Community of the Year.
Communities will be judged on brochure, sales office, interior merchandising, product design, landscaping and sales office.

Consumers who complete the ballot will automatically be eligible to win prizes and may be selected to win the Grand Prize to be presented at the SoCal Awards October 23, 2010.

Eligibility
Any community open for sale in Southern California from September 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010.

$395 for BIASC Members
$450 for Non Members

Each community will be provided with:
            Consumers Choice Ballot Box
            Consumers Choice Ballots
            Consumers Choice Award Icon for use on Ads, Website and Promotions
            SoCal Awards Shirt with Graphics
